Chuck's is well-known for serving only the finest quality USDA Prime steak, perfectly aged, hand-cut on the premises, then grilled over lava rock. All entrees include choice of baked potato or rice along with Chuck's Famous All-You-Can-Eat Salad Bar.

OUR POPULAR STEAKS

SIRLOIN:
The all-around steak at a full 10.5 oz., which is also available in a "petite" 6.5 oz. size for lighter appetites.
TERIYAKI SIRLOIN:
The same prime sirloin marinated for 48 hours in our homemade teriyaki sauce.
PRIME RIB :
Slow-roasted for 4-5 hours daily and cut from the roast to each individual order. Connoisseurs and casual diners alike have boasted about its "melt in your mouth" quality.

OUR POPULAR SEAFOOD

LOBSTER:
Served whole, a 1 1/4 lb. live Maine Lobster is steamed to perfection.
MAHI MAHI:
A local favorite, Mahi Mahi's mild flavor and flaky texture is pleasing to all pallettes.
SEAFOOD PASTA:
A generous portion of shrimp, scallops, clams, Mahi Mahi, and mushrooms sauteed in cream sauce and served over a bed of linguine.

SURF & TURF :
Contains one of our steaks and one seafood item, such as Chef Steak and Clams, Sirloin and Scallops, or Prime Rib and King Crab Legs.
FRESH FISH:
A locally caught fish, such as Hebi, Opah, Ono, Monchong, or Ahi, served grilled, cajun-style, or sauteed.
EARLY EVENING SPECIAL: We offer two options nightly, Mahi Mahi and one of our chef's special recipes, such as Steak Diane, BBQ Beef Ribs, Prime Tips and Mushrooms, or Beef Stir Fry.

SIGNATURE SOUPS AND APPETIZERS

SAUTEED MUSHROOMS:
Fresh button mushrooms sauteed and served in a brown gravy, au jus sauce.
SAUTEED CLAMS: Medium-sized Manilla Clams sauteed in a butter, garlic, and white wine broth.
SIGNATURE SOUPS: Made fresh in-house daily to accompany our salad bar. Seafood Chowder, French Onion, Tomato Vegetable and Corn Chowder are just a sample of the variety of soups in our repertoire.
