Chuck's Steak and Seafood

Chuck's Steak is known for serving only the finest quality USDA steak and chops. Perfectly aged, hand cut on premises, and grilled over lava rock. All dinner entrees will include a choice of baked potato, "hapa" rice, or French fries; and Chuck's soup and salad bar.

DINNER ENTREES

CENTER CUT SIRLOIN:
10 oz. prime rib center cut sirloin, a great combination of tenderness and flavor
NEW YORK STRIP: 12 oz. prime grade strip loin, well marbled and full of flavor
FILET:
Our most tender cut of meat, hand-trimmed to be very lean. 9 oz.
PETITE FILET: For a lighter appetite. 6 oz.
RIBEYE:
16 oz. boneless ribeye, magnificently flavorful due to generous marbling
LAMB CHOPS:
Charbroiled and finished with grilled pineapple
KUROBUTA PORK CHOP: 10 oz. bone in prime grade pork chop, prized for tenderness and marbled for flavor. Charbroiled and finished with grilled pineapple
TERIYAKI CHICKEN: Two chicken breasts marinated in house teriyaki sauce and charbroiled
FRESH FISH: Grilled with light garlic butter baste and finished with tropical fruit salsa or sauteed with lemon butter caper sauce or ask about the chef's daily selection
LOBSTER TAIL: Kona, Hawaii raised Maine lobster tails, deshelled and charbroiled, basted lightly with garlic butter
SHRIMP SCAMPI: Jumbo shrimp pan sauteed then finished with garlic, white wine and butter
BREADED SHRIMP: Jumbo shrimp butterflied and hand breaded with panko and light cajun crust, served with house cocktail sauce
SCALLOPS: Large deep sea scallops, pan seared until golden brown and finished with garlic, white wine, and butter
SEAFOOD PLATTER: A full pound of seafood! Grilled shrimp, scallops, fresh local white fish, and steamed crab legs
FILET AND LOBSTER: 6 oz. petite filet paired with Kona raised Maine lobster tail
FILET AND SCALLOPS: 6 oz. petite filet and large deep sea scallops pan seared and finished lightly with garlic, white wine and butter
FILET AND SHRIMP: 6 oz. petite filet paired with jumbo shrimp charbroiled with light baste of garlic butter or cajun panko crusted and golden fried or sauteed scampi style with garlic, white wine and butter
